It was based in very comfortable building in a great and lovely location, in a lovely quiet area.

Amazing location in the beautiful quiet area, adjacent to Aira falls and Glenridding, activities around Ullswater, and a garden with picnic tables set well apart.

This characterful hotel has a great and stunning location in the lovely colourful garden in the evening. And it's short walk to Aira Force waterfalls, Aira falls and Glenridding, and lake and Penrith.  

The location was stunning, at a walking distance from an impressive waterfall.

This was a marvellous and fab location really close to blencathra and skiddaw, Keswick and Aira force waterfall. Plus, our hotel was located 3 km from tourist attractions like Lyulph's Tower.

Fab setting, so close to Near by the Aire Force waterfalls as well as the hill. The staff - fantastic and lovely.

Pleasant venue, no complaints whatsoever.

Stayed in clean and delightful premier king room with large bed. The hotel location was stunning close to lake. The staff was lovely and good, offered attentive services.
